Relax With Your Guests

Let Sehnert’s service take care of the food while you relax with your guests Sehnert’s Catering service can furnish beer, wine and spirits for your event. 30 day advance notice is necessary to obtain license for off premise events   Ask for details. The Bieroc Crew can serve your guests at their table or create a beautiful buffet for you and your guests   To enable us to give our best service, we will ask for a final guest count two weeks prior to your event. When we service the meal, we will implement the 10% rule. Our 10% rule states that we will prepare food for 10% over the amount of guests that you confirm. This allows you rest assured that if more guests arrive at your event that there will be enough food. You will then be charged for the number that you confirm plus any additional guests over the amount that you confirmed.   When your events are held at the Bieroc Café, you have available for your party: fountain sodas, lattes, and alcohol service (charges apply for bartenders and cocktail waiters).
